I'll take a stab at the opening game defense:

Base 3-4

DL
Mo Richardson
Ian Williams
Ethan Johnson

OLB
Neal
Harrison Smith

ILB
Brian Smith
Manti T

DB

Walls
McNeil
Danny McCarthey
Sergio Brown

I assume you mean Kyle, not Dan... Also, I'd lookout for Ray Herring. and RJ Blanton is gonna be in that fight for starting corner.

I'm pretty sure Harrison is slimming down, moving to safety.

I'm gonna predict Toryan Smith brings it bigtime next year.

Torayn has gotta make a push. Everybody keeps sleepin on RJ, I don't see why. He is very good. I can see Manti playing outside way more than inside. I feel like Bsmith is a given and Tsmith probably as well inside.

I am just excited to see who wins the jobs, we have some legit talent at these spots.

People have to remember, even though i believe Teo is going to be great, he still has to earn his spot. It doesnt matter how hard charlie recruited him, charlie isnt that big of a dumbass to just throw kids in there, and sorry to say, none of us are experts regarding a players ability out of HS. Clausen, the second coming at ND as a freshman, didnt even start right off the bat, and when he did...... well, you seen the results. Not exactly amazing, just seen the potential to be amazing. Filer was expected by many to start day one as well, but did show potential at the end of the year. Next year i want to see results, not potential. I think he will get some PT, but starting..... before he even gets on campus..... i am one who is going to at least wait until people see him in practice before i notch him in as a starting LB.
