South Florida - 2 tickets for sale

So here is the story.
These tickets are in section 23, I paid $200 a piece for them on stub hub, plus the shipping and services fees, it came out to $452 total with the intention of going to the game. Due to where I live, I can only make it out to South Bend once a year for a game.

Anyhow, I recently came into some USC tickets, and obviously its a no-brainer which game I am going to go to.

I'm willing to sell these for $190 a piece, and eat the $72 loss.

I feel guilty even posting these on here for that price, but I also don't really want to take much more of a loss than that on the the tickets.

Just figured maybe there would be somebody on here who doesnt have other access to tickets and would like to go to the game. Even at this price its a nice savings over what else is currently out there on stubhub, etc for comparable seats.

How much notice would you need to have? Id like to try and recoup as much of my money as possibly before I start coming down anymore, but of course if its getting closer to gameday and Im going to have to eat more of it, I will.
Id like to avoid ebay, etc because if Im losing money Id like to not deal with a middle man taking a piece too. I could let you know if/when I get to that point though which is why I ask how much notice you would need.
