I think it was a fluke year for DA. With all the weapons that the Browns have on offence any average QB sould be able to thrive. I believe that Brady could be a above average QB, and can't wait to see what he can do with the browns offence.
I don't think you can do sign and trade's in the NFL. I think the rule states that you cannot be traded until 365 days after you sign your last contract. That used to be the rule in the CBA. Can't imagine/Haven't heard of any changes to it. FWIW
