I can help you with this, if Rammer doesn't mind.

I've found some great sites just by doing a Google search for "Photoshop Tutorials". If you're looking for something particular, you'll have to be more specific (Photoshop sig tutorial, Photoshop backgrounds tutorial, etc.).

One site that I've found that has quite a few tutorials is deviantART. You can get all sorts of things there like brushes, gradients, and C4D's.
