(and why does Meyer keep running the option with Leak!? He's not an option quarterback. Tebow is. Either start Tebow, or don't run the option. it's really simple.

1. Meyer & UF look as poised and in control as Michigan State in the 2nd half.

How about the CBS announcers actively campaigning for UF? The other commentator besides Lundquist just flat out made a plea to the voters for UF. And people get upset about the ND deal with NBC and the NBC bias?

With all due respect to the SEC, I mean it's a great league and all, and the game was very entertaining and exciting. However, I just don't feel like the mighty SEC is all that. Reverses, WR and RB throwing passes, fake punts, junk spread option offenses, I could go on and on. I just don't feel like either team or the conference made much of a statement in that game. When your rotating QB's, having Leak run the option, it just dosen't make alot of sense. Urban got bailed out big time with the muffed punt.

Can't believe I have to pull for the Buckeyes now. I hope Michigan gets in so we can hear Meyer cry.

i hope florida gets in now. that way, there's no more grumbling. they either win and prove they were right about not getting enough respect, or they lose and shut their mouths about how we need a playoff.

plus, if florida gets in, i bet urban meyer stops calling for a playoff. it's always interesting to see opinions change when events favor you....

That's actually his trademark. I live in Florida, and whenever the Gators score a touchdown, I always hear Mick Hubert in my head screaming "TOUCHDOWN! OOOOOH MYYYYY!!!" He does it on every touchdown.
