At first I thought it meant top college players but it is the top prospects coming out of high school. That made it easy to guess.

Kind of shocked by Clowney.

It baffles me that Rivals had Te'o 12th overall and not higher.

Yeah, it seems like I remember them having Te'o top 3 or overall. I'm surprised as well at Clowney being the top player...of the DECADE

From what I remember he was impressive, but not as impressive as Burfict.
