The transformation of this program, in terms of culture, identity, toughness, unity, intelligence, and leadership, has been nothing short of amazing. The fact that Kelly, with help from his senior leaders like Manti, has done it in just three seasons is even more impressive.

This I guess just shows the bumps that it took along the way. I personally think it was just a learning process, both sides had to bend their egos, and it is culminating right before our eyes. This was crazy, didn't remember this!
