You do not need top 10 recruiting classes to win but if you look at National Championships, you need top 10 classes.

Agreed... When USC won their title, Pete put together a string of top 5 recruiting classes. Urban at Florida had top 5 recruiting classes. That goes double for Mack Brown. In order to compete with the best you got to recruit with them..

I went to the Navy game (my first visit to ND) and one thing that surprised me was how small South Bend is. I went to a Div II school and it was the same size town. I don't know if that factors into a recruit's decision...I suppose for some it could be a draw.

They can always come to Tennesse and rob a guy out-side a gas station that is owned by one of the biggest Vol booster.. :rotflmao:
