What recruiter you think will hurt us the worst if he left. I think Bernie Parmalee because us his Miami connections.

Right now? I'd say Rob Ianello. Brown has been very good at convincing guys to come on board, but Rob has been a recruiting coordinator in the past, and has the talent evaluation experience. He usually gets the highest profile recruits, as well as the most # of guys (though again, Corwin may be taking over that title as well).

The way the recruits talk, I would say Brown and then Ianello and then Haywood.

Like you say about Parmalee, I think Brian Polian is a valuable recruiter. He's in charge of recuiting in California, and we know how well that's going right now. I almost wonder if that's why he kept his job this year, since special teams left a lot to be desired last season. Weis restructured the coaching of special teams, and Polian is still around and recruiting well in CA.

Ianello, recruits always mention how cool he is, never a bad comment. He's our recruiting coordinator, doesn't get more important than that.

I would say that Weis is the one recruiter we can't lose; but I doubt that was the meaning of the question.

I would have to say ianello too. All the recruits say how such a good, cool guy he is and how they are comfortable around him

Parmalee would be the least of our worries. The big 3 are beating the hell out of each other down there and we're better served using our resources in other areas of the country. Now don't get me wrong, it's great to get a blue chipper out of FLA., but they're not the only recruiting hotbed in the country as were finding out.

Ianello and Haywood and Polian would be BY FAR a greater loss to this program...HANDS DOWN.

i have not heard much of haywood lately i thought he was one of the top recruitrs in the country.
