Now that the Raiders have the number one pick I hope Quinn isn't the first player taken. Maybe some team will trade up to get him. Atleast if Detroit picked him they have some receivers, with Oakland they have nobody(Moss is not very good anymore).

Raiders need a lot of help could trade down, though with Al Davis who knows what he'll do

I dont think the raiders are that far away talent wise if they draft Quinn and get some proven o-lineman in free agency. The defense is pretty good, they just get no help from the offense. I think the biggest hurdle for Raider success is the play calling that Al Davis is clinging to. Sending a bunch of recievers on go routes every play doesnt work like it used to. If they dont change to at least include reasonable checkdowns they will continue to suck.

You're probably thinking of the OL Joe Thomas who's projected to go in the top 4 picks.
