Practice @ ND stadium

Last year there was an open practice at the Stadium on Aug 15th(ish), is this going to happen again?

I'm almost positive its not. Charlie Weis made this apart of his era only. Which leads me to believe that kelly will not go back to weis' ways

Thats what I thought, I'll just have to wait till the 4th and try and buy tix for ND vs PU
