It was Dayne Crist that was offered. He's a good fit and while he's extremely talented he's not there yet and is a prospect that will need a few years to develop so he's ideal QB for this class because PT is most likely many years away.

He's will be a 4 star prospect but has 5 star talent and in time he should reach that level especially if he has a coach like Weis working with him.

Listening to Power Hour from last night and they are talking to Dayne Crist now. Not sure about his football abilities, but off the field he sounds like a great kid who is very high on the education aspect of what college he chosses. Sounds like he would be a good kid to get.
