Poll: Which currently offered LB will commit first? (if any)

ND currently has offers out to a group of seven elite linebackers, 4 of whom are on Rivals 100 to watch for 2008. Everyone in this group, with the exception of Arthur Brown has shown a very strong interest in the Irish. Which one of these recruits, if any, do you believe will be the first to commit to Notre Dame.

Note that the list does not include Darius Fleming, or Kapron Lewis-Moore, who are possible LB’s in the 3-4 defense because their high school position is Defensive End.

I went with McDonald, but I could easly see Sweat being the next as well.

McDonald has a big lead, and seems to be solid ND, but what happens if the Poodle offers before 4/10.

I went with McDonald. Even though his dad is a usC grad, I dont see McDonald going to USC with them probably only taking one or two LBs. In all honesty, I would like to see Filer commiting pretty soon, but any of those dudes would be sweet to have.

Anthony McDonald is the overwhelming pick thus far as the first LB commit, with 41 votes to Steve Filer's second place of 10 votes.

McDonald picked by 2/3 of respondents as first LB to commit. Only 4 days left for this poll, anybody else want to vote. Only 15 days until McDonald & Crist start their South Bend visit.

I just thought it was funny how someone voted for Shayne Hale to commit first let alone commit at all
