Friend just gave me the DVDs.

Never tried it myself but I have quite a few friends that have. They say it kicks your *** pretty good for the first couple weeks. But they are all very satisfied with the results.

it is a very good program, if you can stick with it. it is pretty time consuming. or maybe i am just a lazy arse

It works, and it sucks. It makes you change your diet too, so I call it the P180x so I can eat what I want.

I am in my 11th week and have lost nearly 25 lbs. Best workout I have ever done but it is very intense! Stick with it, you will feel great after you finished each workout

If you are somebody who benches and curls regularly P90X won't make you bulkier. But I'm a pretty big guy (6'2, 220lbs) but I don't really like lifting so obviously I have a lot of room for improvement . P90X made me look a lot bulkier because you are working shoulders and back so much and not just pecks and biceps like the typical meat head workout. But if you're a skinnier guy looking to really bulk up it's probably not what you're looking for.
