Heard about this a few weeks back but didn't want to post it here because I would only give him more publicity. This comment is not a slam to you untitledproject for posting it; just how I feel about the situation. OJ is a scumbag. I don't even know how he can show his face in public. All humans, including you, me, and everyone who buys the new OJ trash-tome, are flawed.

It's been a fact of the human condition for at least 6 or 8 thousand years. Hardly reason to lose faith.

Fifty years ago, the public sphere was a much less vulgar place, for sure, and there would have been little market for OJ-sleaze. But fifty years ago, horrific kinds of racism were not only practiced, they were socially acceptable.

We don't get better or worse, we just get different.

And it will put money into this man's pocket, a scumbag whether he is truly guilty or not guilty. That really bothers me. How do the families of the murdered feel about this? Can't even begin to imagine how outraged THEY must be.

People will jump in the company line and buy this crap when all they really need to do is ignore it. What kind of value does one retain from this book?

I heard OJ say he was going to spend the money as fast as he could so no one could sue him for it. I heard he is getting roughly 2.5 mil.

Nope, I'd never buy such a book. That crap is like worrying about what the Mark Mays of the world say. Life is just too short.

I believe the vast majority of people are good and decent....I really do. Intelligent? Not ready to go there just yet. I tend to look past people's faults and see the good that is in them.

But if I ever see this book on the coffee table of anyone I know, you'd better believe we'll have a cup of coffee and discussion about it. This isn't even a tell all autobiography. The subject matter is simply repulsive.
