Did this guy write any articles on this before the Sandy Hook shooting?

I don't see the particular relevance of that question (as the argument isn't dependent on him not being an *******/opportunist), but I'll look.

That Glenn guy (writer of the first article) does alot of stuff related with freedom of the press and foreign policy and has written about drone strikes in the same manner before.

The George Monbiot guy appears to be an opportunist, but he referenced alot of work by other Guardian writers and has talked briefly about drone strikes once (in reference to the show Homeland, apparently).

So take that for what you will.

I did not think "Drones" qualifed under "Arms/Guns" but 2nd amendment rights I guess?

Mass killings are, and that is the topic of the article and also the root of the Guns thread.

I'm not saying that it isn't worth talking about, but no need to have a million threads about mass killing, guns, whatever when they are easily and logically available to put together. Don't act like you don't get what I am saying.

No, that thread is a discussion of "Guns" specifically guns used in the United States. This thread is not the same topic, unless you think Drones qualify under the right to bear arms. If you want to have a topic about "mass killing, guns, whatever when they are easily and logically available to put together" then make one for that. It would be off topic of me to talk about the American foreign policy in a thread dealing primarily with American guns in the United States.

Have fun with your redundant and controversial thread based off a single, simple article. I can't wait to see what kind of contributions you can make to the site when the slow season starts.

Thank you, and those are multiple articles. I'm not sure what your definition of simple means. I'm glad you're enthusiastic about that.
