Oklahoma State Pro-Day

I know OK-State's pro-day is today. They said on espn today that Blackmon will bench and run the 40-yard dash, along with position drills. Any guesses on his 40-yard dash? I'm hoping 4.6 and that should give Floyd the #1 WR spot, no?

I think Blackmon will have to have a Rich Eisen-at-the-combine-like performance at his pro day to drop from the #1 WR spot.

I know he's been listed as everyone's #1 going into the combine, but I don't think anyone expected Floyd to help himself so much. IDK. I think if Blackmon runs high 4.5's, low 4.6's, a lot of teams would look at Floyd's production. Blackmon had great production but he was in a passing offense his whole career. Floyd dealt with how many different QBs and an offense change and was NDs all-everything. I think it's going to be closer than people think if Blackmon doesn't show well today.

Unless he shatters his femur, he's the #1 receiver. It doesn't feel good to admit he's better than Floyd...but he is.

All it takes is one team to fall in love with Floyd over Blackmon. Really doesn't matter what the experts think.

I think Blackmon will be a 4.4-4.5 today.

Wanna go 100,000 v-bucks he runs 4.2 or higher? To be clear, I'm betting he'll run 4.21 or slower.

If you change it to a 4.4, ill take the bet. Ill say 4.4 or lower. You can have 4.41 or higher.

I'm an idiot. I meant 4.421 or higher. I have to wait for JonnySkillz and see if he'll take it or not. I've got 3 bets out there, and if I bet both you and Jonny 100k, I won't be able to pay out, lol. So if he turns it down, it's on like donkey kong!

JonnySkillz has apparently gone missing. Jonny, my proposed bet is no longer on the table, lol.

If anyone wants to go 100,000 v-bucks that Blackmon runs 4.42 or lower, I'll bet against that.

I'll match Kuehnja's bet with an extra 900K. 1 Million v-bucks that guy runs over 4.42.

His hammy was sore a week ago...

I think he's a 4.4 flat guy though. Maybe sub 4.4.

I dunno.

Anyone else thinks he's a possible sub 4.4?

So take my bet, wimp. I'm even giving you .2 seconds! 100k he runs 4.42 or higher.

One beat writer said they timed him from the stands (not sure how accurate that is) and he ran an UNOFFICIAL 4.4, roughly in that area anyways. Official time will come later

Alright on one condition: if just one of his times are sub 442, I win.

Deal but has to be official. He can't run an unofficial 4.4 and we find out later it was 4.44. In that case, you lose? Are we on the same page?

Multiple reports are being reported from 4.3 to 4.48. Those are all from reporters though, not the actual timer.

Dude the official is an average of times.

If one is sub 4.42 you owe daddy.

No it's not. Official is the official time when they review it. That's why all unofficial times are typically much faster than officials. It's not the average. Can someone verify this?

I still think Floyd translates better to the NFL than any WR in the draft.

His frame alone, with his speed, seperates him

They take unofficial times and average an official.
