Is Jim Harbaugh in over his head?

I think for college kids and rookie pros he's awesome, but maybe not for seasoned and exceptional pros. The 49ers have an unbelievable stable of players. Watching Harbaugh is like watching someone who's never driven an Indy car try to race in the Indy 500.
