We will NOT lose this game. No way, no how. I agree we have to limit mistakes and turnovers and our Oline has to be really good, but I just do not see anyway we lose this game. I know everyone is a little gun-shy and kind of down in the mouth right now, but mark my words:

We will win this game!!!! And for the record, I don't care if we win it with a safety and two field goals. I don't care how "ugly" of a win it is or how "lucky" we get, a win is a win and we will be 2-0! That is all I care about.

Go get 'em boys!!! Let's go Irish!!!!!

I am really curious on what role this weather we are having here in South Bend is going to play in the game. Will it cause more turn overs? Dropped passes? who knows. I really hope its still a good game either way. I am still predicting a win for the Irish by at least 7 points.

I stand by my prediction - ND 24 Mich 16

ND falls behind by a touchdown early, but limits Mich to three field goals the rest of the way. We get one rushing touchdown and two through the air. Plus we finally get a field goal.

This game will show us starting to fire on all cylinders. It won't be perfect, but we will show a lot of progress.

The weather is really helping us IMO. Rainy, wet weather means McGuffie/Odoms could slip in space and it makes their QBs that much more ineffective. We have to avoid turnovers tommorrow if it's rainy then we will win.

Maybe someone who knows more than I do can answer this question: Will the rainy, wet conditions make it more difficult for Michigan's sack-happy defensive line to get a quick jump? Who does the wet weather negatively impact more, the defensive or offensive lines?

Just curious...
