Houston isn't a bad team. They've had a nice season. Against BCS teams, they beat Oklahoma State and lost to Miami in Miami by 1.

Common tedwick show Houston their due respect. After all they did play the 108th toughest schedule out of 117 Div 1 teams.

Yeah, losing to the 58th ranked (Sagarin) Hurricanes is a ringing endorsement. Sagarin ranked Houston #51.

Again- Houston is not a bad team, and it's reasonable that they'd have been in the others receiving votes category. I'd much rather we'd played Houston than Stanford, UNC, and some of these other BCS league embarrassments.

I apologize. I did not give Houston enough credit for playing two BCS teams and beating one of them.

On the same note, I would like to congratulate Montana State for going 1-0 against BCS teams. They had a pretty nice season, going 8-4. You missed your chance to cheer them on yesterday, when THEY PLAYED APPALACHIAN STATE IN THE D-IAA PLAYOFFS.

Talk about overated. I'm of the opinion that there's not a team in the top 20 that could not handle the #5 ranked Wisconsin Badgers.

I just caught the box score. David Carr passed for 32 yards. He lost 2 fumbles, and the Texans recovered Carr's third. So much for quarterback of the future. Ron Dayne rushed for 92 yards. AND THE TEXANS STILL WON THE GAME!!! lord, that's bad.

Also, BGIF, you're right, they didn't- because they're 6 teams WORSE than Houston. Duh.
