i definitely like the martin change from db's to offensive coordinator, imo BK's playcalling was horrid at times this year.

I think that the writing was on the wall with Warnnier as soon as Martin got the OC job. I think he was a very good spread OL coach, we will need to do a good job replacing him.
I think Hinton was the most over-rated coach on the staff. Cierre Wood was a 5-star, and Jonas Gray was an agile 6'0", 230 lb., 4.4 back. The fact that these guys turned out good should have been expected.
Molnar never really impressed me one way or the other. Martin will be an upgrade, and it is nice not wasting his leadership skills as a pure position coach, although I am sure he will be missed in the backfield.
