Saban's post game conference was great. When asked about Jalen Hurts and why he had told the media the QB battle was between Barnett and Bateman he replied " Look, you guys (the media) kept asking about our QB to get a story. I knew regardless of who started Jalen was going in on our third possession. I purposely left him out of media discussion to prevent SC from preparing for him. I mean...that's the point right? To make it more difficult on the team you're playing against, not to give reporters so called facts to write about."
