hey guys, not have gonna be able to get the game for a couple days. Anyone here have the updated rosters and wouldnt mind giving me a brief (or not so brief, you're choice) overview of ND's rosters. I'm a big online player, and would like to see what the rosters are like and if i can actually use ND in online play this year and not get tooled on by Florida and Oklahoma. Thanks.

I just won six games with ND vs. Florida, U$C, Oklahoma, and Michigan. Clausen is sick, the WRs are great, and AA can actually tote the rock. I play a ton of 3-3 Nickle to make up for the shitty D-Line play. I suggest moving T'eo around to get him on the field all the time. We are legit this year. Just go for a pick early on and convert. Then you can milk the clock with the great O.

wabash, do you have the updated rosters? i know that they're not available online yet, but i know they sent out a new roster for offline stuff. i'm just curious if the defense is any better than in the original rosters they had? thanks

I just started playing today and when I turned on the game it gave me a patch right away, anybody know if that was the new rosters today?

I have this game for ps2. I know I still have a ps2. Am I the only one that throws 3 or 4 picks per game? Heisman level is almost impossible to pass on let alone run. WTF???? Anyway just wondered if maybe I just plain SUCK!!!!!!

In my second season with Kent State( 1 star to 6 star), I played ND in the NC and Michael Floyd won the Heisman!

So is Ianello bringing the ND offense with him to Akron? I have ND's playbook pretty much memorized and perfected and I'm not much of a spread guy...especially when they give Crist mid 60s speed.

You gotta help them where they make mistakes, bump up Dayne to a, oh I don't know, 99 speed....sounds right to me.

Ya, I always edit the rosters a little. I'll prolly have Dayne at around 80 speed. They'll also probably have Luke Schmidt at FB for what seems like the 6th straight year.

I wish I could do a dynasty for that long. I've done some ND ones 10+ years but besides that its just too easy recruiting so I just don't have the attention span. Worst example I can think of is I remember in NCAA 2008 I was FIU and ran the option with a 3-3-5 D. Went 13-0 simulating the first year playing a cupcake schedule and ended around #20. 13-0 again the 2nd year simulating with a cupcake schedule and ended around #10 and then 13-0 simulating in year 3 and won the National Championship lol. Just had to quit then because it was too unrealistic. Taking over a SEC team like Vandy or MSU is fun because teams like FLA, Bama, Tenn, Ole Miss, LSU stay stacked forever so its hard to take over the conference but besides that I just find the dynasty mode to be too easy. I always try and do stupid stuff like only take five 5-stars a year at ND or do no cutting players so I have to limit my recruits to make it so ND isn't a A+ every year.

Oh and they really need to make an option in Dynasty Mode like they had in the Gamebreaker games back in the day where you start off as an Assistant coach and work your way up.

And they need to separate the JuCos from the High School seniors and make their overalls more realistic so that recruiting JuCos can actually be beneficial. I hate how there is no difference in the ratings of a JuCo player and a High School senior.

And bring back the FCS schools and disciplining players and maybe add GPAs or SATs to players and make some who might not qualify or that qualify and are always in trouble with the school lol.

yeah they need to bring back proby and such...

as far as too easy... man, play on Heisman with the sliders turned in the cpu's favor... and actually play the games.. you'll need all those five stars...

I have not been challenged by a human in this game in like five plus years and even gave RamMan a whipping and he wins all these online tourneys... but with Heisman and the sliders I lose about one-two games a year... sometimes three... it's hard as hell to roll through the schedule

They kinda did with the teambuilder, which kicks ass. Minnesota-Duluth just beat USC for a national championship!

why can you edit a fake team completely but can't do a thing to real teams??? hate that

they should let us have uni options on the real teams and stadium stuff too...

You can choose existing teams stadiums, and uniforms, so just recreate your team the way you want it. Plenty of people do this to make decade teams. I chose to recreate the schools I attended (Cloquet HS and University of Minnesota-Duluth).

I play on Heisman. I haven't tinkered with the sliders like I did last year so I usually just put all the humans on 40 and the cpu on 60.
