But is the chant this week "Go Irish, Beat Navy"? Or something else like "Go Irish, Beat Midshipmen" lol sorry for being an idiot! I myself am ashamed of my ignorance

I have lost all respect for navy because of this. Everyone spends the whole game talking about how "classy" they are, but the truth is they do this every year, and we usually lose least one player to injury because of it. It is complete bullshit.

i get so angry during these games. the refs rarely call the blocks. i appreciate their service to our country upon graduation, but on the field i don't like their tactics. GO IRISH, Throttle Navy!

Absolutely!! The professional warriors of our Armed Forces should be more passive. I would sleep better at night, if they were.
