One on the spot and three directly afterward.
Something must have done it. Despite the loss, look how many guys were there that had an unbelieveable experience. Brown almost committed on the spot with Gordon but waited.
That place was rockin' that day. They didn't win the game, but the atmosphere won much more than that.
I can't wait for the USC and Tennessee games. To hear that place loud and crazy will be wonderful. Hopefully the crowds won't be predominantly AARP members anymore. My dad is 56, but I'll have to sedate him against SC just so he won't run out on the field.
Yep. A while ago (before the season began) I posted something to the effect that, if the team plays well (whether they win or lose) and solid and tough and NASTY, the recruits will know and we will get back into the recruiting race.
Now, there is obviously alot more going into the recruiting process this year, most notably hard focused work and four super bowl rings, but I think the way our team is playing (not perfect, but much much better) and the way the games are going - adds alot. I think MSU game added to the general positive feel the football team now has, even though we lossed - which pissed me off.
