LSU @ Tulane

I know this is an ND thread, but this week's LSU v. Tulane game is featuring special uniforms worn by both teams and proceeds from sales going to Katrina relief. I believe the donations are going to Nike kid's programs in New Orleans. I think LSU is wearing white helmets, which should be pretty cool.

Cool, it's Nike? Maybe they can take the left over proceeds and give the kids making the shirts a 10 cent bonus at the end of the year. Although, thinking practically, the kids would want to take a week off to blow their bonus on stupid stuff like gum. Then they would probably want to do more unproductive things like play soccer and swing. Maybe I won't be buying the shirts.

Nikes kids program? They have a kids program? lol, talk about audacity. I wonder if they make the kids run laps for wearing the wrong shoes to work... er... the charitable event.

That's all my negativity against Nike for the time being.
