"head butt my dogs...", "Kick my dogs..." sounds like Micheal Vick and his posse are trolling these boards. Lou always was a great motivator. I wonder what a Charlie Weis pep talk sounds like? Hopefully he won't be asking Belichick for advice on that aspect of the game.

Folks, Looking at the Duke game, I see a fine future for the QB, ALL the RB's, the defense, and the receivers (once they get rid of the dropsies. The big question mark remains, and will remain, the O line. Though the sack number was low, the flushes were many. Now, the other fact is that this unit is has been younger, in terms of class year and experience than EVERY opposing O line we've faced this year. My guess is that the key to ND's future isn't any coaching shift. It's the top 8=9 O linemen spending the next 8 months getting bigger, stronger, more agile and NASTIER.

Seriously, I think at least some of the player's must have watched that. Man can that guy motivate. I'd take him on staff just to give pep-talks! He definitely has the charisma that Charlie seems to lack sometimes. Charlie may have him beat in other areas, the only completely undebatable one would probably be energy/constitution, but man, Lou could motivate a French poodle out of a German dog pound.
