Has anybody heard any confirmation on the rumor that Lou Holtz will come back to Notre Dame only to coach the bowl game and end his career at Notre Dame?
If Lou Holtz comes back for a game I will be there I don't care where or when that game will be but I will be there!!!!!!

Hed should have never left to begin with and I sure as hell am not going to miss his return to the Notre Dame sidelines wearing Gold and Blue...

Too bad he is not five years younger he could come back for good.

I'd Love To See Him Coach The Bowl Game, It's Only A Rumor Right Now But He Loves Nd So He Might To It To Help Them Out Of A Jam. I Hope He Hits The Recruiting Trail For Us As Well Along With Talking With Our Current Commits Ensuring They Stay. Nobody Could Recruit Like My Boy Lou, He Could Sell Notre Dame To Any1.

You don't know how many people would love to see that happen, me being one of them. To see Lou on the Irish sidelines one last time would bring tears to the eyes of the Irish faithful. However, I doubt it'll happen. Then again, I was pretty positive Ty would get at least one more year.

Actually yes I just read that Baer will be the coach.

Thats too bad I was looking forward to going to the bowl game. Don't think i will go now.
