When asked what was realistic for 2010 he said "I want to win 'em all, I dont want to throw ANY losses out there"

Loved it.

The past decade has turned us into turds. We scour the schedule and look for wins and losses and say "8-4 is realistic" or "we should go 9-3"

Lets stop doing that crap. Its for losers.

I really think we got it right this time. The reason I think this is because I dont feel manufactured hype. It seems like there is a guy in place who is a college coach through and through and the job will get done.

Probably not. But i am going to add to it. I love this statement, esp if he also applies it to the defensive side of the ball for us.

“In 20 years of being a head coach, it's always about the players first,” he said. “It's players, then system. You evaluate the talent and you evaluate what the strengths and weaknesses are. We're going to take advantage of what we believe are the best players and put them in a position to succeed. The great part about the system is it has great flexibility to adapt.”
