To bad for Willingham, thought he'd have a good shot at Stewart.
Stewart to choose between Oregon and WSU on TV
The recruiting saga of Timberline High running back Jonathan Stewart, the top high-school prospect in the state, will end tomorrow night, when he is expected to make his decision during the 5 p.m. newscast on KING-TV Channel 5.
Stewart's announcement will likely come during the sports report at roughly 5:50 p.m.
There was much speculation last night that Stewart has decided on Oregon, but that couldn't be confirmed.
Stewart's mother, Lora Faison, said only that reports that Stewart has narrowed his choice of schools to WSU and Oregon was accurate.
Stewart had said last week that he was now considering only WSU, Oregon and Tennessee and had dropped Washington from consideration.
