Yup, JC starting doesn't clear up the O Line Problems. But I'm alot happier with him starting so the Irish can gear up for the future.

If we solve the O-Line situation, I think we have more than a good shot at beating the kittens. Go Irish!

Like Weis said in his press conference, they practiced the Blitzes that GT threw at them a 100 times. But they still didnt stop the blitz. Something or someone needs to change or go.(Oline coach)

Speaking of excitement ... my wife and I don't have cable (this is one of the VERY FEW times I wish we had ESPN), and we need to find a place to watch it. Rammer, I don't know where you live in the Bay area, but do you or anyone else have suggestions for a place to watch the game in the East Bay? (We can't go all the way into the city for the alumni club game watch b/c of the little guy ...)

He really did have a nice outing, watch the Duval quick slant and the yeatman catch. What accuracy, and I don't know why people are saying he didn't get any real pressure. A couple of the starters were in and they blitzed pretty much every play on him. Just a great kid. Enjoy

Just as long as our ends can get off the line if they get jammed. If not, we'll be seeing happy feet (confusion) or the Drew Bledsoe-pat-the-ball-100-times-then-throw (indecision).

I do, 'cause I was in the stands week after week, and trust me, it was ugly. Obviously that itself doesn't entail anything about how their careers will compare over four years, but this kid is the real deal.

Clausen is the what he was hyped to be. Ive never seen a freshman QB play like that with that kind of team around him. Especially playing against a good defense. Latina and Weis need to get their heads out of their asses and do something about the Oline. At least Brown is doing his job.
