I read this article on irishsportsdaily and I believe this was talked about last year. I am glad that Shaq decided to stay. I hope he gets more playing time this year.

With his abilities he should be our no. 2. Though I know Kelly's offense is different and the outside WR's aren't always the primary reads, his role should be significant. The combination of the quick throws in Kelly's system and Shaq's quickness/ability after the catch, seems like a perfect match.

I'm proud that Shaq decided to stay... This proves this kid is determined to get better.

However, I did see where at practice today he was running with second string.. (montana, goodman, and shaq)...

And I saw first string had Riddick in it, I would think Shaq should switch places with Theo... But I'm guessing Theo is first string so Kelly can get a better picture of him in the offense... Plus I guess a depth chart doesn't really matter much at this point anyway.

I know not all of us thought this. But I think it is slightly ironic that some thought he would transfer if Weis left, when actually one of the reasons he didn't leave is possibly because Weis left.

I think Shaq's attitude has really improved, talking with some people around him. Looking forward to him having a good season this year!

He's going to have a ton of opportunities to cath passes this season. I'm sure he'll make the most of them. Go Shaq!
