I'm reppin retarded

Every time I try to rep someone, I get a message that says "You do not have permission to perform this function. Refresh the page and try again." This immediately logs me off the board and I have to log-in again.

I have to believe this is an issue with the settings on my computer. Can anyone help a technologically 'tarded poster figure this out so I can start to reciprocate the rep love?
