It usually starts getting pretty cold here around late October and goes doesnt start warming up unitl usually late may. So around 6 full months or so its ass cold and plenty of snow. It's depressing as hell. When I retire I'm going somewhere warm.

Yeah I just bought my first house and the property taxes on it arent too bad. Nothing compared to southern cal for sure. They are only $4,120.00 per year.
