Congrats!!!! I bought my first house in 09, it was a great feeling. Home ownership does get a little expensive so remember to budget for repairs and maintenance. Not to mention recurring costs like yard upkeep etc. Oh an limber up your wrist because when you go to close you will be writing your signature ALOT!
