Pooped the bed? Historically they're a 59% winning team. In a 12 game season that makes you 7-5. So they're a game under usual expectations.

Dantonio had two good seasons back to back, they won double digits under Saban once, then you have to go all the way to Duffy Daugherty to find a 10 win season (in the days teams only played 11).

MSU's only beating was to the #1 Irish 20-3, they lost to unbeaten AP #4 OSU by 1 pt, lost by 3 to Iowa, lost by 2 to UM, lost by 4 to the Huskers, and lost by 3 to NW. Five losses by a total of 13 points to some pretty fair teams. Iowa's the only "bad" loss.

From the negative side their only good wins are over BSU by 4 and WIS by 3. The other wins were CMU, EMU, IND, and probably MIN today.

Sagarin has them playing the 26th toughest schedule, tougher than ND, ALA, OSU, ORE, KSU, UGA and others.

Not too shabby of a schedule, eh? especially considering there are no FCS teams on our schedule and two teams on our schedule will play in a BCS bowl if they win out.
