Shortly after I decided that ND was my team (I was about 6 or 7) I saw on TV guide that Knute Rockne All American would be on TV 4 days later. It was almost like looking forward to Christmas. So I was a lil 6 year old watching the 50 year old rerun, sitting about 12 inches away from the screen, with my father behind me. He let me stay up waaaaaaaaaaay late to watch the movie. I almost lost it when Rock's plane went down.

(Sorry to ruin the ending for anyone who has not seen the movie...)
