Irish Sophmore, Christian Hanson is the son of Dave Hanson of the infamous Hanson Brothers from Slap Shot!
(Dave, by the way played for the Johnstown Jets of the North American Hockey League in the 70s....his teammates were the Carlson Brothers who were the basis for Slap Shot. Jack Carlson got called up to play for the Edmonton Oilers who made the NHL playoffs so Dave filled in during filming of the movie. Dave was originally supposed to play Killer Carlson but once he took over Jack's spot on the brother's line, they got a real actor to play Killer).
