Here is a link to the video posted today on Notre Dame Official Athletic Site

Players seem to be buying in to the training program and look to be getting into great shape. I was the most impressed with Chris Stewart.

Thanks for the post. Great video.

Whip snatch kinda scares me if the guys use too much weight. I've always been under the ass umption that weights should help you, and not be the cause of the end of your career. (Refer to that SC kid last year - I don't care what school a guy attends, you never want that to happen to anyone.) I hope to holy hell these guys don't overdo the enthusiasm with the amount of weight, and that they keep it within their individual ability. I hope individual ability is carefully charted.

Otherwise, love the lifts and the organization. Very sport specific. Good things are going to happen. The medicine ball throw at about 2:10 in the video is fantastic.

Unfortunately it reminded me of that new "Shake" exercise toy and video. I still crack up when I see it. Ladies jerking off a plastic contained 2 lb inertia thingy...

I think my ex-girlfriend had that. BTW, here's the shake video.

lol. I actually think "the Shake" has some pretty good grounding in biomechanics. Mabye a dual effort by a biomechanics grad and marketing "pro".

Anyway, back to the ND video, I like what I saw with the balanced stances during the medicine ball toss. Good stuff.

The staff told Rivals that Stewart and Hayseed have been the most impressive so far

Good to hear for sure! I can definitely see Harrison as one of the guys who is relishing this "second chance" to prove his ability. I have always thought he has good leadership potential. Hopefully we get to see him blossom this year!
