i just read about sylvester croom resigning down at miss state. i posted it earlier in this thread that charlie should look at himself and decide to stay or go on his own. if he leaves it should be him being the larger man and resigning... i am sure they university would compensate him in some fashion as i am sure they did croom. but i give that man a tremendous amount of credit as he just signed an extension and could see that he wasnt going to be the one to lead miss state to prominence... so he stepped down, just as charlie should do.
although croom did have 5 years to get things turned around down there.
