For those saying that we can't get rid of him because there isn't a viable candidate out there.....

WE HAVE ONE ON STAFF.

There's a certain guy we have on staff that was at the top of the list for several schools with head coaching positions open. But by some miracle we were able to get him as a position coach/"Assistant Head Coach."

When we did so, I posted on here that there had to have been some promises involved in that, as it made no sense on his part to come here when he could have taken a HC job.

Make no mistake, [NAME REDACTED]'s leash has been shortened considerably, and for once we have a viable replacement already in house.

TAH-NOO-TAH!!!!!!

If we lose to the swabbies in the next game, TAH-NOO-TAH will be the HC next year. Bank on it.

He has been to 11 schools in 28 years, and never been a head coach. Any reason to think he could lead ND. That was a ridiculous statement.

Unlike lemmings such as yourself, I have no idea if he is a good recruiter or not. I know that Scouts and Rivals says he recruited great talent, but guess what. That and a buck fifty will get you a coffee at Starbucks. Unless that alleged talent shows up on Saturday, it is meaningless that some service says we have awesome recruits. Here is what I do know. Weis has had 3 recruiting classes of his own and they are 5-4 against a joke of a schedule. That tells me either he is a lousy coach and/or recruits inferior talent. In either case, it simply is not good enough.

I simply cannot believe that you call yourself a football fan and you say ND has no talent. Unreal. You sound stupider by the day. Read my original post again, and if you still don't get it call Hooked-on-Phonics. Floyd. Tate. Clausen. Smith(s). Fleming. Johnson, etc. All YOUNG talent that any lemming w/ a brain could see are fantastic football players. All players recruited by CW. And yet you say he hasn't peoven he's a good recruiter. Way to go Einstein.

Question his coaching skills all you want; that is still up for debate. But his recruiting skills, in this day and age? Wow, keep 'em coming, midwestdork, you and "The Office" are great for laughs!!!
