Peterson did play a great game, but I mean.. it was against UAB. Still, the 'panel of experts' have Quinn leading after week 1.

I think BQ played well enough to stay in first place. He didn't make any big mistakes and his numbers were good. Troy Smith's were better, but look at the competition. NOT the same.

Wow I am surprised he stayed in the #1 spot. I thought the media was going to be all over him for not throwing for 350+ yards and 3 Tds like some of the other candidates did against Bum State University.

Also, this kind of nonsense is just as irrelevant as ESPN's stupid "pick the winner of every big game all season" crap. Why not just, I dunno, WATCH the games? Or wait to see who actually plays the best on the best team?
