Do you guys ever do an IN GAME chat?

I have my TV and computer set up so that I can sit in the chat room and watch the game at the same time. It makes it like watching the game with bunch of other ND fans, even when you don't have company over.

Do you all ever do that?

Not so much in game chat room, but we do post messages during the game. Their usually winds up being about 500 or so posts during the game. So just look for the thread on game day. It says the date and ND vs. whoever.

I love coming here and reading through the entire game log after a game, however if we all converged at the chatroom SVO could copy the entire chat over to one post - that would also keep it on one page.

I don't think it quite works that way unless the chatroom has some sort of logging feature.

i think it depends on how the game is going ie the penn state game i would have been in a chatty mood but the scUM game i have to addmit no one would have wanted to talk to me can you say foaming at the mouth

I enjoyed all the humorous/elated/crazy/ridiculous/absurd comments last night. If they were in real-time I think this place would start developing an even better community feeling.

A chat would be much better than a thread that you have to keep refreshing. Would also drop the load on the server and the frequency of messages from the webhost saying the site's quota was exceeded. I did try the chat last night and no one was there so I went back to the thread.

I used to post on UHND website. They have a chatroom that nearly everyone goes to during games and it is REALLY fun. I think we should give it a try.
