Curtis Bailey, a 6-7 340 Offensive Tackle from Carter High in Dallas, should be visiting ND this season. ND has not offered, but Mike Haywood is on the case. Bailey has an 830 SAT score, which could be the reason why an offer has not been extended yet. This kid is a beast....390 bench, 475 squat.
Oklahoma is pressing him the hardest, but ND is in the hunt with Miami and Nebraska as well.
"Miami and Notre Dame are higher than Nebraska. Nebraska is below the other three right now. It's just that I'm still trying to decide whether I should attend that university. I'm having some doubts. They pass a whole lot and I prefer more of a balanced offense. I'm going to still take my official visit there, though."
"I'm going to be looking for the environment - athletic-wise, academic-wise and the hospitality. I plan to study law. I want to go where it's not always trashy, noisy and stuff. I'd prefer maybe a medium-sized town."
If Curtis comes to South Bend for an official, I can see him liking the place.
