Had a chance to listen to ESPN radio today on a break. To my surprise (SARCASM) Colin Cowherd was spewing off at the mouth about how the actions of USC pale in comparison to the University of Michigans. He went on to say how harmless it was that USC gave a few dollars to the father of Reggie Bush. While Michigans actions were effecting that very season by practicing way too much, which would be considered cheating, unlike USC.

I am not trying to be redundant with the "ESPN bias" topic, but this was just insane to me. Am I wrong here????

I gave up on Colin a year or so ago... he's an agitator who gets paid to piss people off...

but I was flipping channels last week and landed on ESPN during his show... I tuned in for about five minutes b/c of the current topic, which was HIS favorite teams in sports...

the guy has been called a USC homer for years and always denied it but in his count down of fav. teams he flat out admitted his favorite, number one team in all of sports is USC... they were number 1.

ive honestly stopped listening to this hack.
how does he have a job? he knows absolutely nothing about sports anymore.he's more concerned about social topics than actual sports.
yeh, id say usc did nothing at all.they only gave bush and his family several hundreds of thousands of dollars,a very nice house to live in, suv's,etc.(sarcasm)
i really hope the ncaa uses usc and michigan as examples.it's too bad the ncaa doesnt do the death penalty anymore,because i could not think of anything to make me happier than see usc football go away forever.

I knew he was a USC homer, but come on !... to sit there and play like they haven't done anything " that wrong "... GIVE ME A BREAK. As much as i LOVE Notre Dame, if theres a time that we have wronged or will, you have to admit it, accept it and move on.

And about USC's infractions, how can it even be debateable that paying the family of a STUD athlete doesnt effect their seasons? Would Bush have even gone there if there was no money involved? If i remember correctly (i may be wrong), wasn't ND a very possible choice for Reggie?

let's be honest... the Bush case STARTED the NCAA probe.... the NCAA did not carry out a five year investigation and take it to the current level b/c of one player... we all know SC had all kinds of stuff going on and obviously the NCAA found some of it.

also, USC gave bush nothing... an agent reportedly did... the question is how did SC not know about it?
