How about Dabo Sweney? That Clemson team was demolished by injury, NFL, and random off the field issues, and he just chugged along to an undefeated season with some big time wins and a good chance at going 13-0, winning the conference, and being the #1 ranked team.

Hats off to that man. We talk no excuses and he looked every obstacle in the face and whipped and nee-need right past it.
He also averages over 10 wins a season. This year was his 5th in a row winning 10+. But he's not leaving Clemson until the Bama job opens.
