Clausen Pre-Season Thread

I was reluctant with Reggie. But I really think he played into the role, and that he actually isn't what we've labeled him into being. People often make themselves into roles based on other's perceptions. I think I knew a straight kid that turned gay due to hazing in highschool guys. Seriously. I'm not Lev Vygotsky, but I really think I'm onto something here.

I hope, if and when he's allowed back on, that he turns things around. His username being changed will be the first step in the right direction. And any moderator can vouch by looking at my profile and the fact I called him out very early that I have changed my mind on Reggie... (neg reps, pos reps, trollish call-outs very early)

His username blew it in the end with the NDinL.A. thing. I realize discipline must be given. I support that. But I really feel he's earned another shot. My vote doesn't count, but I hope you'll think about what I've posted and really read the link. I learned of it in a sociology 101 course. It's stuck with me since.

Johnny, it turns out he was banned under another screen name in the past. He's now been banned under 3 screen names, and I'm sure he'll be back for more. Believe us when we say, it gets much worse during the season, when trolls from other teams come on here all the time to try to stir things up. Better to get rid of a troll now before it gets even more cluttered in less than a month.

And don't worry, we're sure you'll have another user name up in a second. 200 posts of nonsense in just over a month. Ugh...

And just on cue, he returned under a slightly different name, but still playing on his favorite team, the Trogans. Another mod banned him right away.

Clausen's second game against Jets 9/22 72yrds 1INT

once again the center had a hard time getting the ball back to him.

threw the interception on second to final drive trying to take the lead, didn't see what happened because i was listening to it on the radio.

from what it sounded like, seemed like he got rocked hard on the final two plays, both were sacks.

but the announcers had Clausens back the whole time he was in there, nothing but compliments, they just stated that he was playing with mostly the second team or worse so hard to really see what he is capable of
