Looks like he and his team are now under investigation for taking money and accepting gifts. I saw them play last year and they are amazing. Most of the kids are UF verbals as well. Got this from ESPN.

The Miami Herald reports Rainey received a bag full of jerseys and a wad of cash on two separate occasions, a violation that has prompted a full-scale investigation by the Florida High School Athletic Association.
"I didn't even count it," Rainey told the Herald. "When I walk around, people are buying me food, giving me money. I'm like, 'damn, I'm glad I'm Chris Rainey.' It's real nice to be me."
If the investigation proves Rainey's comments true, Lakeland High School would face sanctions, including forfeitures of games and restrictions placed on their program.

I mean they do have to take a repeatable for credit football course, which is an extended practice, every semester. The academic climate in Gainesville must be unbearable.

I don't know where I heard this but I heard that Rex Grossman took a Stress Class at UF where he took a pillow to class and got to sleep.

I think Grossman himself said that in an interview somewhere but I am not sure. How would you grade a nap? "Your hand to head placement while you sleep is beautiful."

Certainly nothing happens to Florida unless he did take something and it can be tied to a Fl booster. Hell Smith took envelopes of money from a boster and will win the Heisman soon, what would the toothless NCAA do here over some clothes? They are too busy in court fighting North Dakota over injin names and images.
