Notre Dame Hockey - 2007 CCHA Champions

Irish win the title on St. Patrick's Day, beating Michigan 2-1. The difference was hustle and goaltending.

Told you guys way back in November after watching them beat Mich St, this team is special. Went down 1-0, Michigan was dominating. Fought back in the 2nd to even the game and won it in the 3rd on pure hustle and the Mich goalie misplaying a rebound on a weak shot.

Who needs basketball!

NCAA tourney selection tomorrow @2:30PM and then it's on to the regional.

That was a great physical game I was happy to see that a guy from my hometown scored the winning goal. He's a physical player and meanss a lot to the ND team.
