We can win this game. Syracuse plays that 2-3 zone and hopefully we can shoot over top of it all day. Keep in mind KMAC had 9 three's against the Cuse last year. It will be another battle in a hostile environment, hope our boys are up to it. NDOM you are right this one is very important.

They have a little speed with Jackson and they have athleticism with Harangody and Jackson but I do agree they dont have ANY depth at all. They need to find some defense because teams just rape us in the paint.

We are only down 7 and Syracuse is shooting lights out. We are still in this game. How bout lets play Nash in the 2nd half and everytime their center shoots we have Nash just hack him, b/c he cant shoot free throws.

I disagree. Yes we have lost 2 in a row. But we were underdogs in both games. It would have been great to steal one but it is not the end of the world. Since when does losing to a team that is favored to beat you on their home floor signify trouble?
They will be fine. They have a week off and come back home. But to say losing at the 8th ranked team in the country means they are in big trouble is just ridiculous. This is the same team that beat Texas. It is the same one that beat Georgetown. We will be fine, no need to overreact.
That being said, even I will admit that they most hold serve at home. If they do that and steal a few on the road, they will be just fine.

They are overrated. Sorry its true. I'm not saying they suck but ranking wise they should be around 23-25th (Which they probly will be when the new ranking come out. They just got blown out both games. "Good" teams would keep it a bit closer than double digit losses.

You absolutely CANNOT say they got blown out by Louisville. Yes they got killed in overtime but it did go to OT for crying out loud. Any game that goes to OT is obviously a close game I dont care what happens in the EXTRA 5 minutes.
I will give you that they will be 20-25 when the new polls come out, but I still think they are a top 15 team.
Even still a 20-25 ranking puts you on pace for a 4-5 seed in the big dance and you can still get to the sweet 16 that way.

I can totally see your point, but how can you even mention sweet 16 when in the past 2 years we cant even sniff the 2nd round? I believe we lost 2 years ago in the first round and last year I think we lost in the 2nd round. This team is NOT capabale of going to the sweet 16 as shallow as they are on the bench. Plus not to mention they have NO defense. I would worry more about the next 5 games because its very possible we could lose all of them. I would worry about making the Tourney before talking Sweet 16.
And they did get blown out by louisville. I would say 13 points is a blowout especially when you only score 2 points in overtime. Good teams dont do that shit. They rely way too much on the 3 pointer. If they didnt have that, Notre Dame would be this good. They have no inside game without Big Luke.
Alot of games to play yet. I guess we will see what kind of team this really is.
